The WEMW international jury, including Nikolaj Nikitin (SOFA), Matthieu Darras (TORINOFILMLAB), and Kristina Trapp (EAVE), will award the WEMW Development Award  to the best project, as well as a study grant for the participation in the next edition of the EAVE EUROPEAN PRODUCERS WORKSHOP 2015. All selected producers will also compete for the brand new EGG Digital Cinema Award, a prize consisting in a full Digital Cinema Package to be offered by EGG, one of the leading post and VFX houses in Ireland.

Recent work includes “Ghosthunters: On Icy Trails” for Ripple World Pictures and Lucky Bird Pictures, Ivan Kavanagh’s feature film “The Canal” for Park Films, Lisa Mulcahy’s feature “Legend of Longwood” for Grand Pictures, “Earthbound” starring Rafe Spall and “Parked” starring Colm Meaney for Ripple World Pictures. We have also just started “Damo and Ivor” season two for RTÉ and Parallel Films. We also had the pleasure of working with Maurizio Antonini and Rosella de Venuto on the Italian/Irish co-production of “Controra” (House of Shadows) produced by Interlinea Films, Barter and Ripple World Pictures. Full picture finishing and sound post was completed at Egg. European Audiovisual Entrepreneurs, EAVE, is a professional training, project development and networking organization for audiovisual producers.
