Consorzio Collio Carso

The Association for the protection of Collio and Carso Wines was established on the 1st of January 2010 by the merging of the historic Association for the Protection of Collio Wines (1964) and the Association for the Protection of Carso Wines. The Association works for the protection, enhancement and promotion of the two appellations Collio and Carso, both of which maintain their own distinct identities whilst also benefiting from the synergy of knowledge and skills typical to hillside viticulture.
